2002 Roadtrek 190 Versatile - 5/10/2022 - Ground Effects Removal

Post by kurtfranz »

Removed the front bumper and the ground effects panels. These plastic panels had severe sun damage and looked terrible. They needed to be painted, and were an option that I would not have purchased so I removed them. The van is much cleaner looking and not "pimped out" so to speak. It was pretty cool removing the front bumper cover and seeing a nice new shiny chrome bumper under there. There are holes in the doors where the ground effects were mounted at the top. I will be re attaching the black molding strip on the doors with 3M tape which will look better and seal the holes from any moisture. That is a win.
